I'm receiving a parcel from a retailer
When you're receiving a parcel from a retailer they like to look after you themselves so you'll need to speak to them for most things. We want to help you as much as we can, and can give you;
- Up to date tracking information
- Delivery details (including safe place photos, signature and delivery locations)
- The opportunity to divert your parcel to a safe place or a neighbour if you're not going to be home for your delivery
You can get these 24/7 by using Holly, our digital assistant, just click the blue icon at the bottom right of your screen. You can also get the most up to date tracking information by calling 0330 808 5456, just make sure you have your tracking code or 8 digit calling card number to hand.
If you need anything else you'll need to speak to your retailer.
