I'm receiving a parcel from a retailer

When you're receiving a parcel from a retailer they like to look after you themselves so you'll need to speak to them for most things. We want to help you as much as we can, and can give you;

  • Up to date tracking information
  • Delivery details (including safe place photos, signature and delivery locations)
  • The opportunity to divert your parcel to a safe place or a neighbour if you're not going to be home for your delivery

You can get these 24/7 by using Holly, our digital assistant, just click the blue icon at the bottom right of your screen. You can also get the most up to date tracking information by calling 0330 808 5456, just make sure you have your tracking code or 8 digit calling card number to hand.

If you need anything else you'll need to speak to your retailer.

If you want to speak to us you can chat with Holly, our digital assistant, 24/7 by clicking the blue icon at the bottom right of your screen. Holly will give you the most up to date information she has on your parcel and guide you in the right direction. If she can't give you the help you need she'll get you connected with one of our customer service agents 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday.

You'll get the most up to date information on your parcel. If you still need help you can speak to one of our customer service agents.

I've been asked to contact you about an issue with my delivery address

If we've asked you to contact us to help with your parcel delivery please click on the blue icon at the bottom right of your screen and chat with Holly, our digital assistant. She'll connect you with one of our customer service agents to get the details we need to make your delivery. Usually we'll need access details or to double check where the address is but we will confirm this with you when you speak with us.
