Why can’t I view my marketplace orders when I try to import them?

Access to view your marketplace account has somehow been removed.

The best thing to do is log in to your Hermes account, then select the three-line icon at the top right-hand side of your screen and choose the ‘Unlink marketplace account’ option. 

Once you’ve done this you’ll need to link the marketplace account again. While you’re still logged in to your Hermes account, select the three-line icon at the top right-hand side of your screen, then choose the ‘Link marketplace’ option, and choose the marketplace to reconnect your Hermes account to.

Follow the step-by-step instructions on screen, and you should be able to reconnect and view your marketplace details.
