My barcode isn’t scanning

Don’t worry if you’re having issues scanning your barcode, as an alternative you can enter the 16 digit barcode using the keypad on the screen. If this doesn’t work, or you’re experiencing any other issues whilst at the locker, then please call InPost on 0330 335 0950 and they’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that InPost Customer Care are available 8am – 10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am – 8pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
