My barcode isn’t scanning

Don’t worry, if you can’t get your barcode to scan then you can just enter the 16 digit barcode using the keypad on the screen. One of the locker doors will then open for you to put your parcel in. If you’re still having trouble with the locker, please contact our partner InPost, who’ll be able to help between the hours of 6am-9pm Monday to Saturday and 8am-8pm Sunday. Dial 0330 355 0950, then press option 1.
