I don’t have a printer, what can I do?

No printer? No problem! With our national network of ‘Print in store’ locations and brand new QR code functionality, you now have even more options when it comes to sending your parcels using Hermes.

All you need to do is find a local ParcelShop with one of our great Print In-Store devices, allowing you to pay for your parcel in seconds. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to book your ParcelShop drop off using the Hermes website, just scan the QR code (or enter the 6 digits) we sent you via email. You’ll receive a sticky label with either of these options, so just stick it on your parcel and hand it over to the shop assistant.
