Sending a parcel with myHermes is easy. Our simple, six-step process shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes. In this guide we’ll talk you through what’s required for each step.

Here you can choose the amount of cover (how much we can give you back if your parcel gets lost or damaged) and if you'd like to get a guarenteed signature or not.
The options available change depending on how much your parcel is worth. Find out more about our pricing.
We need to know where your parcel is going. So in this step we'll ask you for some information about the person you're sending to.
You can also let us know if there is a safe place to leave the parcel and provide us with some delivery instructions.
You'll need to register with us before you can send a parcel. If you have already signed up, log in with your email address and password.
Now all we need to know if how we can get your parcel. You can choose to drop it off at one of our ParcelShops or have one of our couriers collect it from a specified address.
That's everything you need to send a parcel with myHermes. We accept payment with all the major credit cards or you can choose to pay with Paypal.
Don't forget that you'll need to print and stick the label to your parcel before you send it.
