How to return an H&M parcel

There are 3 quick and easy ways to return your H&M parcel:

  1. Book your return online or via our app and drop it off at a ParcelShop or Locker. Click the link at the top of the page to get started
  2. Book your H&M return online or via the app and arrange for a friendly local courier to collect it from your home,work or wherever you like
  3. Go to a ParcelShop with a Print In-Store device. You don’t need to do anything beforehand – just take your parcel with you, fill in your details using the Print In-Store device, and send your return on its way

What you need to know for your H&M return

Here’s a quick guide on things to know and check before you return your H&M parcel:

  • H&M returns are free
  • All parcels larger than 70cm x 50cm x 60cm can only be returned using Hermes courier collection
  • You can return multiple orders or parcels at once, providing that you include all relevant returns notes
  • Make sure you fill in your H&M returns form and include it in your parcel. If you don’t have one, you can print a new copy from the H&M website

Do H&M offer free returns?

Yes, it’s free to return your H&M parcel with Hermes whether you use a ParcelShop, Locker or courier collection. You can complete your free return online or using a Print In-store device at your nearest ParcelShop.

Do I need to tell H&M about my return?

No, you won’t need to contact H&M. We’ll automatically pass on your details and let them know your return is on its way. All you need to do is get it to us.

Can I use the returns label included in my parcel?

If you want, you can simply attach the H&M returns label included in your original parcel. Then all you need to do is drop off your package at a nearby ParcelShop and you’re all done.

If you don’t have your postage label, you can print a new one from our returns website.

What is the H&M returns address?

You don’t need the H&M address when you return an item with Hermes – we’ll add it to the label automatically.
