1. Find your retailer

We return parcels to hundreds of retailers. Choose from the most popular shops or enter their name in the search box. If you can’t find your retailer, check our FAQ page.

2. Choose your return method

All we need is your order reference number, email address, reason for returning the parcel and, for some retailers, what it is you’ll be returning. Take your pick from:

ParcelShop drop off

We have more than 8,500+ ParcelShops across the UK, all conveniently located in local stores. Print your label at home or with a Print ParcelShop device, available at most ParcelShops. If your return is free, you don’t even need to book online – just use the device from start to finish.

3. Drop off your parcel or let your courier collect it

If you choose to return your parcel using a ParcelShop, you can either print the Evri returns label at home or in a ParcelShop with Print In ParcelShop device using a QR or authorisation code (we’ll email it to you).
For our Lockers – open 24/7 – just print and attach the label, then drop off your parcel whenever it suits you.
If you’ve arranged a courier collection, we’ll let you know when we’ll be collecting it.

Return your parcel using a Print In ParcelShop device

If your return is free, you can take your item to any ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device without booking online first.

Simply select your retailer, enter your return information, print your label and hand the parcel to a member of store staff.

If you need to pay for your return, just fill in your details online first and use the QR or authorisation code we’ll email to you at the Print In ParcelShop device to print off your label.
