Return a parcel with Hermes in 3 EASY steps. It all starts with one click or tap of a button.
Take your pick from:
ParcelShop drop off – we have more than 5,400 ParcelShops across the UK, all conveniently located in local stores. Print your label at home or with a Print In-Store device, available at most ParcelShops. If your return is free, you don’t even need to book online – just use the device from start to finish.
Locker drop off – take your pick from our 1,900+ Locker locations. You’ll need to print the returns label at home
Courier collection – book a parcel collection from your home or work. You’ll need to print the label
All we need is your order reference number, email address, reason for returning the parcel and, for some retailers, what it is you’ll be returning.
If you choose to return your parcel using a ParcelShop, you can either print the Hermes returns label at home or in a ParcelShop with Print In-store device using a QR or authorisation code (we’ll email it to you).
For our Lockers – open 24/7 – just print and attach the label, then drop off your parcel whenever it suits you.
If you’ve arranged a courier collection, we’ll let you know when we’ll be collecting it.
If your return is free, you can take your item to any ParcelShop with a Print In-store device without booking online first.
Simply select your retailer, enter your return information, print your label and hand the parcel to a member of store staff.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a returns service for all retailers, so if your retailer’s name isn’t showing they might not use Hermes for their returns.
However, some retailers might be listed with a different name, so we’d recommend contacting them to find out:
If your retailer’s name isn’t on our list and we don’t return for them, please contact them directly to see what returns methods they use.
We'd also recommend checking inside the package, as some retailers leave an insert with details on returning the item to them.
Yes, provided the retailer or seller uses Hermes for their returns.
First, check to see how the retailer or seller would like you to return your item. This could be a pre-printed label that came with your parcel, or your retailer might book it with us for you.
Or, you can use our app or website to return it yourself.
Please allow 14 days from the time you returned your item. It can sometimes take a while for the retailer or seller to confirm they’ve received your parcel.
If 14 days have passed since you sent your item back, and your retailer says that they haven’t received it, please let your retailer know so they can investigate.
If you’ve paid postage for your return, then please contact our customer services team at email@example.com – they’ll investigate it for you.
