How do I return an item with Hermes?

Returning an item from PrettyLittleThing, or any retailer, with Hermes, is always straightforward and hassle-free.

You can choose between two options: courier collection or ParcelShop drop off.

To return your order you'll need to print off a returns label. To do this, head to our returns section and enter in your details and create a return label. You can then choose either courier collection or ParcelShop drop-off. No printer? No problem! More than 3,500 of our ParcelShops have a Print in-store device, where you can print your returns label. To find your nearest ParcelShop, just head to our ParcelShop Finder page, where you can also filter ParcelShops with Print-in store devices.

Are there any restrictions?

Cosmetics, accessories and pierced jewellery cannot be returned to PrettyLittleThing. Underwear and swimwear must have the hygiene seal in place to be eligible for a refund.

Tags must still be in place if you'd like to return your items. See PrettyLittleThings returns policy for more information.

How long do returns take to arrive?

Delivery of returns usually takes between 3 and 5 working days, but we advise that you allow up to 7 working days for PrettyLittleThing to receive your parcel. Once you've sent your parcel, you can track its progress using our tracking tool. Just enter your 16 digit tracking number or 8 digit calling card reference to see your parcel's progress.
