How to return your Wayfair parcel
There are 3 quick and easy ways to return your Wayfair parcel:
- Book your return online or using our app and drop it off at a ParcelShop or Locker. Click the link at the top of the page to get started
- Arrange courier collection using our website or our app – you can book up to a week in advance
- Take your item to a ParcelShop with a Print In-Store device – you can complete the whole process in-store
You can also use our Print In-Store devices to print your label if you’ve booked online, but don’t have a printer at home.
What you need to know for your Wayfair return
Here’s a quick guide on things to know and check before you return your Wayfair parcel:
- You can’t return personalised items or those that have been customised to your preferences
- Wayfair gift cards can’t be returned
- Return your items in their original packaging so they can be resold
- Make sure your item meets our packaging and size requirements before sending
- You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to return it

Yes, Wayfair returns are free with Hermes.
Do I need to book my Wayfair return online?
You can book your return online or using the Hermes app. Alternatively, you can take your items directly to your nearest ParcelShop with a Print In-store device to book your return, print your return label and send your parcel on its way in one go.
Where can I get my Wayfair returns label?
When using Hermes, we’ll automatically provide you with a Wayfair returns label, which you can print at home or by using a Print In-Store device at a ParcelShop.
Do I need the Wayfair returns address?
You don’t need the Wayfair returns address to return your parcel. We’ll add it to the label.
