15kg is the largest parcel size we can deliver, and here you’ll find everything you need to know about sending it with Hermes.
It’s really easy to send a 15kg parcel with Hermes. First of all, we’ll give you a quote - we’ll need a few details about your parcel like where you’d like to send it, its weight and how quickly you’d like it to arrive.
Once you know how much it’ll cost to send, you’ll also need to let us know what’s in your parcel, as well as how much it’s worth. You’ll also need to make sure it’s less than 120cm long, and has a total volume of 245cm3 or less.
You’ll need to choose if you’d like your parcel to be signed for on delivery. Finally, you can also enter delivery instructions, a safe place if your recipient won’t be at home, and contact information if we need to speak to someone about your parcel.
Once you’ve created your parcel label you’ll need to print it and attach it to your parcel. If you don’t have a printer at home, you can take your parcel to any of our 4,800+ Print In-Store ParcelShops, where you can use a Print In-Store device to create and print your label.
If you’re in need of packaging tips and tricks, check out our packaging guides where you’ll find helpful information.
Before you book your delivery we’d also recommend that you take a look at our non-compensation and prohibited items page to find information on which items you can’t send with us and items you can send but that we don’t cover for loss or damage.
Sending or returning something? Your friendly courier can collect your parcel from you or you can drop it at one of our 5,400+ local ParcelShops (usually your local convenience store or corner shop).
Expecting a parcel? If you're not going to be home, just divert to a neighbour or ask us to leave it in a safe place.
