You can track any parcel you’re expecting using your 16-digit tracking number (or barcode number as it’s sometimes referred to). You’ll have been given the 16-digit tracking number when you booked your order or, if you’re receiving a parcel, the sender should be able to give this to you. If your courier has already attempted to deliver your parcel, you should’ve received a calling card with an 8 digit number printed on it, just use this to track your parcel.

We haven’t got it
You may have information from your sender telling you that your parcel is dispatched, but it can take a few days for us to receive the parcel.
If there’s no tracking information this just means we’re waiting to receive it. To find out where it is and when it’ll reach us you’ll need to contact the sender.
We’ve got it
This means that we’ve received your parcel from your sender. We’ll deliver your parcel within the agreed time, depending on the service chosen by the sender this will be; next day, 48 hours or 3 to 5 days.
On its way
Your parcel is making its way through our depots to your local ParcelShop or to your local courier.
With your courier
Depending on the retailer you’ve ordered from, you may get an email on the day of your delivery with a delivery time slot. This email also contains a link which lets you track your parcel’s progress.
Your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. If their delivery attempt was unsuccessful the courier will leave a card which will tell you when they’re making their next delivery attempt, and should also reference an 8-digit card number which you can use to track your parcel. If you’re unable to be in for the next delivery attempt then don’t worry, you can divert your parcel at any point in the delivery journey.
With your ParcelShop
For ParcelShop deliveries, you’ll receive a text message or email when your parcel’s ready to collect. Make sure you bring the confirmation email or text from your sender, if you have one. You’ll also need personal identification or a PIN to collect your parcel, which may be given in a separate email from your sender.
Your parcel has arrived at its delivery location, and when you look at the tracking information we can provide the following (if we have them for this delivery);
- A photo and map of where your parcel was delivered to
- The name and signature of the person who took delivery
Depending on the retailer you’ve ordered from, you may get an email when your parcel is delivered which will show all of the above information with a link to the tracking information.
