How do I change my order details?

If you want to amend something on your order and you haven’t handed your parcel over to us, the easiest thing to do is cancel your order before 10pm on the day of booking, then rebook it with the new details. The refund will be back in your account in 3 to 5 working days.

If you book your order, then realised that your parcel is heavier or larger than you’ve paid for, then cancel and rebook your order before you hand it over to avoid any additional charges. 

If any parcel is overweight or oversized then we’ll send the additional costs on to you and keep your parcel until we receive payment.
